What I Offer
Structural Integration
A 12-session protocol of deep, slow fascial work and movement re-education drawn from the pioneering research of Dr. Ida Rolf and refined through Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains system. This is the work I’m best known for, and the one that changes people’s lives.
Myofascial Release
Slow, sustained pressure into the fascial system to release restrictions that have built up over time. Where other approaches treat symptoms, myofascial work goes after the underlying patterns that keep you stuck.
Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage
Targeted work for specific areas of holding and tension, as well as full-body sessions designed to restore circulation, reduce stress, and bring your nervous system back to baseline.
More Than Massage
I got into bodywork in 1998 because of what it did for me: a deepening relationship with my own anatomy, an understanding of how the body holds experience, and a real belief that structural change is possible at any age. More than 25 years later, I still find it fascinating. If you’ve tried massage before and hit a ceiling, there may be a layer of work we haven’t reached yet.

Matt is the best therapist I have ever had. This is a more unusual type of therapy than the “swedish” type massages you get at a spa and focuses on deep tissue. It can be intense or even painful but if you like deep tissue work, this is it the place.
I also did the 12 step structural integrity program which was interesting. It focuses on different areas every session and was very very intense. Highly recommended as well.
